What is the maximum amount of guests you allow?The amount of guests that are allowed vary from location to location. The maximum guests we can accommodate at any of the locations is 50. After 50 guests we no longer consider it an intimate ceremony. Please keep in mind that higher guest count will increase the price of our elopement packages. What happens after we book?One of the beset things about our all inclusive packages is that almost everything is taken care of for you. We will send you a welcome email that will have vendor referrals for any other services you may need that are not included in the package. We will also help you with recommendations on where to host your post ceremony dinner or small reception. We will send you detailed timeline for the ceremony portion of the day so you know when to tell transportation companies to pick you up if you like and to share with your guests.

Do we get to keep all of our photos?Yes! We only work with the best professional, experienced wedding photographers in the Keys. You will get access to an online gallery with all of your photos. The photos are all professionally edited and you have the right to reproduce/print/download as you like.

Can we bring our own photographer?We only allow outside photographers under special circumstances. All of our photographers are familiar and have lots of experience at the locations we offer. Since the know the area so well they are able to take our couples around to get the very best shots possible.

How do we get our marriage license?This is fairly easy process, we will send you instructions on how to obtain a marriage license. It must be from a Florida county, but is possible to do virtually or locally!

What is the best time to get married in the Florida Keys?Winter and Fall are the busiest times of the year for weddings in the Florida Keys. These dates are more in demand and book up quickly. Many couples choose to elope in spring and summer because the islands are less busy and hotel room rates tend to be cheaper.

Can we bring chairs?Chairs are not included in our packages and are additional. Since the ceremonies are short and simple most of our couples opt to save on chairs and have their guests stand, we promise they don't mind.

Can we have our friend officiate the wedding?Any family or friend must be a notary in the state of Florida to legally preform a wedding ceremony. This can be a lengthly process and difficult to accomplish from a long distance. A paperwork only service is a suitable option that our officiants can do when having a non-notary member preform your Florida Keys wedding.

What happens if it rains?Since all of our elopement locations are outdoors we have a rain or shine policy. Luckily in the Florida Keys we don't get much rain and if we do it's short lived. If under rare instances where rain is in the forecast, we require couples to make a decision no less than 2 days before the wedding if they would like to move locations. Most alternative locations will incur additional charges. We try to be flexible with timing on rainy days and will wait it out until a rain cloud passes to still do the outdoor ceremony.

Do you have a brochure will all the pricing?All of the pricing is custom based on location fees, guest count, and date.

What do we do after the ceremony?Many of my couples choose to extend the time together with family and friends with a fun, casual dinner option near by. The Florida Keys as wonderful waterfront restaurants that offer printing dinning rooms and pre-fix menu options to keep you on budget.
